Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Manchester, TNPay: 60-70kKey ResponsibilitiesServe as a consultative partner to department leaders by addressing employee concerns, managing employee relations matters, and offering HR guidance on company policies and practices.Support efforts around talent development and performance management to reinforce a high-performing, engaged team culture.Collaborate with recruiting partners throughout the hiring process, from interview coordination to offer delivery and onboarding support.Promote a positive workplace environment by building strong relationships with team members and contributing to morale, retention, and productivity.Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee issues with objectivity and discretion.Stay informed of employment laws and HR compliance standards, and advise stakeholders on risk mitigation.Help communicate and interpret HR policies for clarity and consistency across teams.Assist in planning and facilitating employee experience initiatives and events.Drive HR process improvements and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.Support ongoing and new people initiatives aligned with company values and goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline preferred2-3 years of generalist experience in a human resources or people operations capacityBilingual in English and Spanish preferredExperience working in a manufacturing or industrial settingBroad knowledge of HR functions including performance management, recruiting, employee relations, and complianceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong judgment and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced or uncertain environmentsTravel requiredComfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting needsProactive and collaborative, with a hands-on and adaptable approachProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems such as ADP is beneficial
