This role is project-based, offering a chance to work locally on a meaningful healthcare build from start to finish.Why You'll Want to Work With UsStay Local, Think Big: Work on a high-quality, essential medical facility right in Destin "” backed by a nationally respected team.A Trusted Team Environment: We provide the support, tools, and autonomy you need to succeed.Make an Immediate Impact: Contribute your expertise to a project that directly supports the community's healthcare infrastructure.What You'll DoOversee all aspects of the medical construction job site "” from site prep through final inspection.Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and timelines to meet key project milestones.Communicate regularly with internal teams and owners to resolve issues and keep work progressing smoothly.Review and manage construction documents, schedules, RFIs, and maintain high-quality standards.Build strong relationships with local inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors.What You Bring to the TableHealthcare Experience: 5+ years managing medical or healthcare facility construction projects.Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Destin-area subcontractors, permitting processes, and inspections.Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Dropbox, and interpreting Gantt charts.Leadership: Strong communication, scheduling, and field management skills.Transportation: A truck is preferred for site visits and material/equipment transport.Why This Role MattersThis is your chance to lead a one-time, healthcare project that will serve patients and providers for years to come.
