Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Gainesville, TX. This role serves as the key liaison between site operations and the Shared Services Payroll Department, ensuring accurate payroll for over 1,000 employees while supporting a variety of HR functions, including HRIS management, employee relations, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Payroll AdministrationProcess weekly and bi-weekly payroll for over 1,000 employeesAudit and analyze payroll for accuracy and complianceHandle time-off approvals, garnishments, deductions, and discrepancy resolutionMaintain payroll records and support internal/external auditsCollaborate closely with Shared Services Payroll TeamHuman Resources SupportAdminister HR policies, procedures, and onboarding processesProvide day-to-day support to employees and HR Business PartnersMaintain HRIS and generate reports using Microsoft Excel and HR softwareAssist with employee relations, personnel files, timekeeping, and verificationsParticipate in training, benefits, and other HR-related functions as neededQualifications:Education & ExperienceAssociate degree in Business or related field (or 3+ years of equivalent experience)Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll2+ years of HRIS/timekeeping systems management (ADP experience preferred)Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)Strong data analysis, reporting, and mathematical skillsKnowledge of payroll compliance and time/attendance policies
