Production Manager

Contribute to production planning and budgetingUtilize engineering skills and knowledge in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects. Strong focus on continuous improvement, quality, and training initiatives.Lean manufacturing projectsMaintain a safe production environmentWork cross-functionally with other Leaders and Engineers at various levels.QualificationsBachelor's degree required. Engineering field a plus. 3 - 6 years working in a production / manufacturing environment. Ideal roles are Continuous Improvement, production supervisor, quality, and / or engineering roles. Those completing a Leadership rotational program are strongly encouraged to apply.Strong organizational and leadership skillsExperience leading a team (cross functional teams acceptable showing strong leadership and results).Improvement project experience with measurable results
