Position Summary:Looking for a motivated Human Resources Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Spanish to support busy manufacturing facility. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of HR experience and a strong desire to grow within the field. You will assist with key HR functions such as onboarding, employee communication, record keeping, and day-to-day support for employees and leadership.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the onboarding process, including new hire orientation for both English- and Spanish-speaking employeesTranslate HR documents and communication to ensure understanding across the workforceHelp maintain employee records and files in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsSupport HR programs and initiatives such as employee engagement, wellness, and recognitionRespond to employee questions about policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating as neededHelp track attendance, time-off requests, and assist with basic payroll coordination tasksSupport internal HR communication efforts including flyers, bulletin boards, and eventsAssist in maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace cultureCollaborate with supervisors and HR leadership to resolve minor employee concernsRequirements:1+ year of experience in an HR support or coordinator role (internship or part-time experience accepted)High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field a plusFluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to handle sensitive information confidentiallyProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plusPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentUnderstanding of basic employment law and HR proceduresInterest in growing into an HR Generalist or Specialist roleThis role will sit ONSITE out of the Wakefield, NE facility.
