Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist. This person provides strategic and operational HR support, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, driving HR initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth.Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities:Develop and implement a people strategy that aligns with business goals, collaborating with leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and operational needsOversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and succession planningLead organizational change efforts, providing guidance on restructuring, change management, and communication strategies to minimize disruption and support employeesPartner with leadership to enhance employee development, offering coaching, training, and leadership programs to drive a high-performance cultureProvide expert advice on employee relations, handling performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters with a focus on resolution and complianceIdentify opportunities for process improvements and policy enhancements to increase HR efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze HR data and generate reports to provide insights that inform decision-making and support business objectivesSupport compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring competitive and fair pay structuresCollaborate with HR centers of expertise to drive best practices and enhance HR service deliverySenior HR Generalist Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferredExtensive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environmentStrong expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational developmentProven ability to lead change initiatives and resolve complex HR issuesStrong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems preferred Thank you,Allison Sachnoff Senior Project Manager LaSalle NetworkLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
