If so, this Human Resources Generalist opportunity might be the perfect fit.We are a privately held property management company seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead HR functions while also managing accounts receivable processes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who is confident in payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and financial systems.What You'll DoHuman Resources FocusAdminister employee benefits (health, dental, vision, SIMPLE IRA, PTO)Lead payroll processing through ADP and CliftonLarsonAllenEnsure HR compliance with OSHA, state, and federal employment lawsMaintain and update employee handbook and internal policiesOversee employee performance review process and track development goalsSupport hiring, onboarding, and new hire performance evaluationsManage employee relations with professionalism and discretionCoordinate company recognition programs and event planningParticipate in year-end compensation planning and benefit renewalsAccounts Receivable SupportProcess tenant checks, EFTs, and recurring payments via YardiMonitor banking systems and reconcile accounts monthlyInvoice tenants for taxes and post financial transactionsFollow up on delinquencies, prepayments, and NSF itemsTrack construction-related revenue and brokerage commissionsSupport fraud monitoring and secure online banking practicesWhat We're Looking For ? Minimum Qualifications2-4 years of experience in human resourcesStrong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and benefitsHands-on payroll software experience (e.g., ADP, CliftonLarsonAllen)Comfortable managing sensitive personnel issues and dataOrganized, detail-oriented, and self-directedProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)??
