Production Manager

Masis Staffing is assisting a client in the distribution of frozen fruits and vegetables for a Bilingual Production Manager in Front Royal, VA area. The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. The Production Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive productivity, optimize resources, and maintain strict adherence to quality control measures. ResponsibilitiesPromotes and encourages a safe, positive, productive work environment.Lead and supervise a team of production staff, providing coaching, guidance, and training as needed. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Continuously assess production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.Resolves all production and quality problems that occur.Assist in the development of production budgets and manage production costs within approved budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or safety.QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor degree in food science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experienceBilingual in English and SpanishStrong organizational and managerial skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address production issues promptly.Proficient in using production management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
