Litigation Associate

Candidates should have an interest in business, commercial, trust and estate, and real estate litigation. We will consider applicants with experience ranging from new admittees to five years.Requirements: The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background, a proven track record of strong performance and measurable results with exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills. The ability to be a creative thinker and problem solver and to work independently and with a team is also required.Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the California State Bar. Candidates must have ties to the Merced area.The salary range for this position in our Merced office is $107,500 to $150,000. The successful candidate's salary is reasonably expected to be within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate's qualifications and experience.
