You'll own hiring across our divisions "” bringing energy, urgency, and strategy to the candidate experience. This is a front-line, high-impact position where you'll tell the All-n-One story, attract top talent, and drive recruiting outcomes through relationship building, outreach, and next-level follow-through.Key Responsibilities:Recruiting & Culture SalesDrive high-volume recruiting for labor and skilled field positions across all divisionsSell All-n-One's culture to job seekers through job ads, phone screens, interviews, and in-person interactionsCraft compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns that speak directly to our core valuesBuild, maintain, and grow candidate pipelines "” schools, job boards, referrals, community partners, and moreCandidate Experience & CoordinationManage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboardingEnsure timely, professional communication with all candidatesSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersPartner with the team to ensure seamless onboarding and day-one readinessTracking, Reporting, & ImprovementsTrack recruiting metrics and applicant data to assess effectivenessReport weekly progress and hiring needs to the Director of People SuccessMake data-driven decisions to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fillHR & Administrative SupportAssist in processing payroll to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on timeManage weekly unemployment claims and support compliance filings to meet regulatory standardsSupport benefits administration, including team member enrollments, changes, and monthly reconciliationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance requirementsOperational & Cross-Functional SupportProvide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documentation, managing follow-ups, and coordinating client communicationsDeliver high-level customer service as needed to support daily business operations and ensure a positive client experienceAssist with company-wide initiatives and projects that contribute to business efficiency and growthQualifications & Requirements:2+ years of inside sales, recruiting, or staffing experience (seasonal/labor-based recruiting preferred)Strong communication and people skills "” you connect easily and close confidentlyAbility to juggle multiple roles, timelines, and personalitiesSelf-starter with strong follow-through, urgency, and adaptabilityFamiliarity with job boards, ATS platforms, and recruitment campaignsExperience working in fast-paced and/or seasonal businesses is a plusMust be able to pass a background checkOn-site position is based in Jefferson City, MOWhy Join Us?Be part of a team that leads with People FirstPlay a key role in shaping our workforce and onboarding new talentHigh-energy, fast-paced environment where your work makes a real impactCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefit packageA supportive team that values results and relationshipsReady to sell something that actually matters?Come grow the team that builds what we're proud of.
