Hi ,We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Manager in Hospers, IAJob Title: Quality ManagerLocation- Hospers, IADuration: Full TimeRESPONSIBILITIES:Develops, implements, and maintains Quality Assurance programs throughout the company. Continually evaluates current programs in order to design more efficient ones. Builds programs to allow future ISO or quality certification (if desired) and to eliminate sources of process variation.Manages and services customers' quality specifications and expectations (on-site, as needed).Works with engineering and production in the interpretation, application and implementation of new or existing product requirements or changes. Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards. Initiates and effectively maintains approval documentation from customers for new product changes to existing product.Implements effective preventative action plans to ensure quality specifications are followed. Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality output within the limits of equipment capability.
