Come join the team with an amazing history and a great future!About the RoleWareroom Supervisors are responsible to develop, implement, and supervise manufacturing operations to:Optimize efficiencies and accuracy of manufacturing processes through daily material coordination (labels, corrugated, shrink wrap, etc.)Ensure food safety and food quality standards are met as outlined by USDA, FDA, GMPs, HACCP, HACQP, and SQF levels 2 & 3Monitor equipment and processes for opportunities to minimize downtimeMonitor processes, track product loss and waste and implement corrective actions, where appropriateMonitor operations to identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvementMonitor operations and take corrective actions to ensure the safety of all Morgan Foods' personnelMonitor and track area efficiencies including; start-up/change-over, downtime, waste, and corrective actionsCoordinate staffing assignments and create lineups that ensure appropriate line coverageEmployees are only assigned to positions for which they have satisfactorily completed trainingSupervise and direct employees to ensure performance is in accordance with Company and OSHA safety policies, practices, and regulationsSupervise, coordinate, and conduct employee training to comply with PSOPs and to ensure adequate staffing coverage to meet current and future department needsEnsure employees are trained and perform job duties in accordance with food safety and food quality standards as outlined by USDA, FDA, GMPs, HACCP, HACQP, and SQF levels 2 & 3Conduct labor and employee relations in accordance with Company policies/practices and the Union contract agreementLabeling and can code verificationsMinimum operational downtime due to equipment-related problemsEmployee safetyQualificationsCollege preferredRequired SkillsSAP userPrevious manufacturing work experience, preferably at the supervisory levelComputer knowledge and skills at the intermediate to advanced level with knowledge of Microsoft Office software (i.e., Excel and Word)Intermediate math abilityGood communication skills (i.e., written, oral, and computer)Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skillsStrong planning and organization skillsPay range and compensation package[Pay range or salary or compensation]Equal Opportunity Statement[Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.]
