Wedding Planner/Venue Manager/Marketing Manager

Hitch will pay to get your wedding planner certification and you'll be part of our management team. The best part? Position has a start date in June and flexible hours.Tasks include:Wedding Planning Tasks: • Coordinate and take the lead on 15-25 weddings/events per year • Conduct sales/lead/consultation meetings • Set up centerpiece showcases • Create wedding day timelines • Conduct venue visits and styled shoots • Have an overall energetic and eager spirit Venue Manager Tasks: • Venue manager tasks on-site for weddings (typical shifts are 7:45 a.m.- 3 p.m. and 3-1:30 a.m.)Marketing Manager Tasks: • Daily social media posts on Facebook and Instagram • Weekly blog posts • Produce video content • Manage our Google Business and Google Analytics accounts • Create and manage a marketing plan and budget with metrics • Pinterest strategy and meet goals • Optimize our online presence on WeddingWire, TheKnot, Zola, Etsy, etc. • Put together a marketing strategy for selling the Wedding Day Designer • Work bridal shows // pack + plan for bridal showsDesired Abilities:Experience with Adobe design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related fieldExperience: 1-3 years minimum of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
