Located in Culpeper, Virginia, Communications Corporation of America (CCA) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This seasoned HR professional would ideally be bilingual and have experience working with a bilingual workforce. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct employee engagement, talent strategy, plant leadership support, recruiting, benefits, leave, and managing company policies and practices. We're looking for a people-focused, hands-on HR professional to support the CCA leadership team and employees. We are an innovation-led company that is the largest marketing, data and fundraising company in North America serving the purpose-driven industry with clients across education, association, political and commercial sectors.Check out for more information.Your Impact: Partner with CCA leadership and the broader Moore HR team to align HR strategies with business goalsProvide support to employees and help resolve workplace issuesLead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientationOversee employee changes, pay updates, and compliance reportingSupport employee relations, including investigations, discipline, and policy interpretationTrack and analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvementsCoordinate training and development opportunitiesManage Workers Compensation and leave processes (FMLA, etc.)Stay up to date on HR laws, trends, and best practicesThis is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with frontline teams, and values both strategy and day-to-day execution.Your Profile: 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment with a large non-exempt workforce Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills across all levels of the organization Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HRIS/talent systems (UKG/Kronos) Proven ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrityHow We'll Support you:At CCA, we have a Culture of Inclusion.
