This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a key shift.What You'll DoSupervise 15-40 team members in a manufacturing and assembly environment.Lead daily operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals.Support and coach team members directly on the floor.Address issues as they come up"”escalate when necessary, solve what you can.Read blueprints or work instructions, and ensure quality standards are met.Monitor efficiency and scrap levels and help improve them.Work closely with other shift supervisors to keep things running smoothly.Enforce company policies fairly and consistently.
