With a team of over 150 skilled professionals, we partner with national home builders to ensure project schedules are met and construction progresses smoothly.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Wendell, NC for a Sitework Estimator at Marks Clearing & Grading. The Sitework Estimator will be responsible for estimating costs, preparing bids, analyzing blueprints, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate project estimates.QualificationsExperience in estimating sitework costs and preparing bidsKnowledge of clearing, grading, & utility installationProficiency in analyzing blueprints and conducting site visitsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in project estimatesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of sitework processes and industry standardsAbility to multitask and work under pressureRelevant certifications in safety, sitework construction or estimating a plusExperience and proficiency with AGTEK Gradework, Underground, Highway, HCSS HeavyBiD, & Microsoft Office Applications
