Human Resources Manager (41098)Our client is an organization in the Racine area looking for a Human Resources Manager. This client is looking for someone with 10+ years of HR experience, strong leadership skills and highly organized. This company offers growth opportunities, a strong team and flexibility.The salary range for this position is $150k-175k. +Bonus.The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with corporate leaders to provide consultative HR support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.Manage complex employee relations cases with a focus on resolution, risk mitigation, and compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.Oversee compensation and benefits activities within corporate functions, applying established frameworks to ensure fairness and alignment with company standards.Ensure timely execution of compliance-driven HR processes and maintain accurate records to support audits and internal governance.Lead recruiting efforts for corporate roles, including developing proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.Partner with recruiting teams across business units to support broader hiring needs and promote consistency in talent acquisition practices.Design and deliver onboarding programs that help new hires successfully transition into their roles and the organization's culture.Create and implement training initiatives aimed at strengthening employee competencies and leadership capabilities.Support career pathing and employee development programs that encourage internal mobility and long-term retention.Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote an inclusive, positive workplace environment.Ad hoc projects as needed.The Human Resources Manager will possess the following:EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor's degree in human resources or closely related field required.10+ years of progressive human resources experience.At least 3 years in management role within manufacturing or industrial operations.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
