Location: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite Contract Length: 7 months Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMJob Description:We are seeking a Materials Supply Chain Analyst to join our Service Materials team, with a focus on managing the purchasing and project coordination of powertrain or chassis system service parts. This position plays a critical role in supporting new product launches, product validation, and supplier collaboration for service part readiness.Key Responsibilities:Lead service part development efforts for powertrain and chassis systems, managing timelines, cost, and supplier engagement.Provide purchasing support for product development projects, including part selection, cost modeling, and project tracking.Manage procurement activities using the SAP system and maintain accurate records of purchasing and project milestones.Drive projects forward with strong project management and leadership skills.Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of builds, validations, and product launches.Analyze components through all phases: concept, process verification, product validation, and launch readiness.Ensure service parts meet quality, timing, and cost targets.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians, engineers, and suppliers.Apply knowledge of process and design-related cost drivers to influence decision-making and drive value.Support service readiness through technical documentation, project tracking, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Experience with PPAP and APQP processes; understanding of engine assembly or paint systems is a plus.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.Working knowledge of SAP for procurement processes.Familiarity with CAD tools, especially CREO and Windchill, is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in cost analysis and component cost modeling preferred.Desired Skills and ExperienceLocation: Hybrid - 3 Days OnsiteContract Length: 7 monthsSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours/weekWork Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMJob Description:We are seeking a Materials Supply Chain Analyst to join our Service Materials team, with a focus on managing the purchasing and project coordination of powertrain or chassis system service parts.
