Recruitment Manager

Arena Direct Hire has partnered with a fast-growing construction firm located in the Eastern LA suburbs to help hire a Recruiting Manager. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving full-cycle talent acquisition across field, PM, and corporate functions.Role Overview The Recruiting Manager will take full ownership of internal hiring operations. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and optimizing the ATS.
