Role: MRP Planner Location: Lewisburg TN Salary: 60-70k/Annum Duration: Full Time Perm Our team is expanding and looking to hire an MRP Planner. We are looking for a dynamic and driven candidate interested in joining a fast-growing global company in the automotive sector.The MRP Planner will be responsible for the comprehensive balance of production plans, making reasonable arrangements, saving various resources, reducing manufacturing costs, and improving production efficiency. Arranging and formulating project order numbers and required completion dates according to the requirements of production tasks or orders and according to the plan, and issued to various functional departments and production units.Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple productsPlan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delayDetermine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demandAssign workers and other staff to particular production operationsSchedule shifts according to production needsMonitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budgetAddress issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruptionObtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)Prepare and submit status and performance reportsKeep paperwork organizedCollaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staffTo qualify for this role you must meet the following:High school diploma; Further education or certification is preferredMinimum of 3 years of proven experience as a production plannerExcellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principlesExperience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planningKey to being successful in this role: Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systemsGood at math and statisticsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication abilitiesWhy work for Minth?
