Instructional Designer

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to drive visionary experience strategies, storytelling, and system design at an enterprise level. The ideal candidate is a thought leader who can think big, align cross-functional teams, and bring complex concepts to life through visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute experience strategies that align with overall business and customer goals.Utilize strong storytelling skills to communicate complex concepts to executive stakeholders"”translating insights into compelling visual narratives.Apply systems thinking to understand how different design elements and processes fit together across teams.Qualifications & Skills:4+ years of experience in Experience Strategy, UX, or related fields.Ability to communicate ideas effectively through visual storytelling "speaking in pictures."Proficiency in PowerPoint, RDS, and Figma for design and presentation purposes.Must have a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and strategic thinking.Must reside in San Antonio. Relocation is not available.
