The company is committed to continuous improvement across their processes and people.Job Description:This role is primarily focused on supporting the manufacturing side of the business by designing, implementing, and monitoring a variety of human resources, safety, and training programs. The HR Generalist II will partner with business management to anticipate and plan for long-term HR needs and trends.Key Responsibilities:Provide employee relations support including counseling, coaching, corrective action, and retirement counseling at all levelsParticipate in local recruiting and hiring practices managementSupport multiple HR functions such as recruitment, student programs, employee relations, benefits/payroll administration (including leaves of absence), compensation, organizational development, performance management, training, EEO/AA compliance, diversity initiatives, international assignments, immigration, relocation, special projects, and record keepingAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practicesPlan and coordinate events, conferences, and community relations activitiesAuthor written communications including announcements, policies, and intranet contentDevelop employee engagement programs to enhance satisfactionCollaborate with plant departments to support business goalsQualifications:Demonstrates an extreme sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skillsAbility to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues to leadershipExperience conducting employee relations investigations3-5+ years of experience within HRBachelor's Degree required OR 7-10+ years of experienceAdditional DetailsContract to HireSchedule: 7am-4pm, Mon-FriAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
