Human Resources Generalist - Cardiac Monitoring CompanyLocationBurleson, Texas (5 days a week, in-office) OverviewWe are a leading cardiac monitoring company dedicated to advancing heart health through innovative technology and exceptional patient care. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in revamping our HR policies and procedures to align with industry best practices, while also playing a crucial role in screening and onboarding C-suite executives. Key ResponsibilitiesPolicy & Procedure DevelopmentLead the review, update, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and alignment with industry best practices. Executive Recruitment SupportCollaborate with senior leadership to develop job descriptions and coordinate interviews for C-suite positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Training & DevelopmentAssist in identifying training needs and facilitating professional development opportunities for staff at all levels. Compliance & ReportingEnsure adherence to all HR-related legal requirements and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively. Proven experience in executive recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
