Associate Director, Supply ChainLocation: Morristown, NJOur biopharmaceutical client located in Northern NJ area has tasked Scientific Search with finding an Associate Director, Supply Chain. This role Reports to the Director, Supply Chain, and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining processes to support global Clinical Phase through Commercial operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement key business processes to ensure proactive planning across operations and strategic initiatives, including Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Transportation management.Manage the daily planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities for Clinical and Commercial products to ensure no gaps in supply.Identify and manage potential risk within the supply chain and proactively propose solutions to mitigate.Participate in negotiation process with suppliers to deliver outsourced material, products, and services that meet the Company's expectations for quality, budgets, and on-time deliveryForecast, plan, label & package, and distribute commercial and clinical supplies and/or ancillary supplies for all clinical trials and commercial patientsOversee the serialization and compliance to Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) for commercial product with Contract Manufacturing, 3PL, trading partners, and serialization providerRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field7+ years pharmaceutical/biopharma industry experience in supply chain operationsExperience in supporting both Commercial Operations and Clinical ProgramsProven expertise in implementing tools/systems including ERP, Forecasting, Advanced Planning, etc.Salary range of $160-175k base plus bonus, LTI, 401k, Full Medical Benefits.How To Apply: We'd love to see your resume, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
