The successfulcandidate will be responsible for creating accurate estimates for construction projects,including labor and material costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in theconstruction industry, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Excellentcommunication skills are a must. If you are looking for a large role in a small, rapidlygrowing company, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the followingAnalyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and laborestimates.Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremento discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.Strong experience with Cold Form Framing and building exteriorsExperience with commercial construction is a mustPerform takeoffs to determine material and labor requirements.Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, andscheduling work.Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regularintervals for the duration of the project.Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure estimate accuracy and thatprojects meet profit standards.Manage Projects as needed.Order required material as needed
