You'll foster a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment where everyone thrives.Inventory MastermindCollaborate with vendors, manage inventory, and ensure seamless production by aligning resources and schedules.What You Bring:EducationA Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent experience that demonstrates your expertise.Experience7+ years in manufacturing with a proven track record of leadership, budget management, and quality control. Bonus points for experience with Quality Management Systems.CertificationsLean or Six Sigma certifications preferred - you know how to drive change and efficiency!SkillsYou're a strategic planner with a knack for production scheduling, process improvements, and cost control.
