From flatwork and curb forms to stairs and ADA ramps, your contributions will help ensure safe, durable, and visually appealing structures across communities.Responsibilities include:Perform site prep, repairs, and general labor for concrete and asphalt jobsMix, pour, and finish concrete using proper techniques and toolsOperate hand and power tools (saws, drills, compactors, jackhammers, etc.)Build, set, and strip forms for sidewalks, ramps, curbs, and moreRead blueprints, set grades, and plan ahead to meet project specsMaintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocolsLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentAssist and collaborate with supervisors and crew membersOperate dump trucks or other work vehicles when neededShow up on time, ready to work, and continuously improve skillsRequirements and Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience in concrete finishing and form settingStrong ability to work independently and as part of a team5+ years of Mechanical experience5+ years of General Carpentry experienceAbility to read blueprints and tape measuresAbility to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in all weather conditionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a drug testAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a majority-women-owned family business based in Grove City, PA.
