Project locations vary. We service the tri-county area: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will confidently manage all aspects of construction site operations. We're looking for a Commercial Superintendent with a strong track record in interior renovations and ground up projects. They must demonstrate strong abilities in identifying and proactively addressing potential risks to ensure the ongoing safety and efficiency of the project site. Responsible for multiple projects being completed on time, within budget and to contract. Monitor field supervision by directives, inspections, meetings and reviews. Scheduling and coordinating with all trades to run projects smoothly, efficiently and on budget per the plans and specifications. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion. Make recommendations to management regarding proposed and existing projects.
