Adams and Martin Group is seeking a Civil Defense Litigation Attorney in St. Louis, MO. Ideal candidates will have a deep legal knowledge and experience with civil disputes and complex liability claims.Compensation will vary upon experience:Entry: $70,000 - $90,000Mid: $100,000 - $140,000Senior: $150,000+++++++++Key Responsibilities:Handle all phases of civil defense litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparationRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trialsConduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documentsCollaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop and execute litigation strategiesMaintain clear and timely communication with clients and colleaguesQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Missouri bar license Trial and courtroom experience strongly valuedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and a desire to grow within a team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
