A financial services company in Texas is currently seeking a new Remarketing Coordinator to join their growing team in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.About the Opportunity:Start Date: ASAPAssignment Length: Contract (temp)Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Tuesday, Wednesday, ThursdayHours: 8 hours a day - workday starts at 7 or 7:30amResponsibilities:Making outbound phone calls to verify ownershipUpdating customer information in a databaseCollecting & researching current licensesOrganizing existing data into spreadsheetsSearching for and investigating information contained in filesVerifying outdated data and making any necessary changes to recordsOperating common office equipment, like scanners and printersInputting text-based and numerical information from source documentsPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:1-2 years of Data Entry experienceAssociate's degreeComputer savvyMicrosoft Office proficient (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)Great interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organized
