Your goals, ideas and perspective can help shape our future - we look forward to hearing them!Job Description The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of all maintenance and asset improvement activities at Blue Scope Coated Product facilities. This involves leading a team of mechanical technicians, electrical technicians and engineers to meet the operational needs of the business and addresses equipment risks appropriately. The Maintenance Manager will have a strong alignment to supporting the production and quality teams by being a reliable, capable and collaborative partner in maximizing the output of the plant.Key Focus AreasMonitoring safety KPI's, performing audits to verify compliance with safety policy and procedures, investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, conducting training/coaching.Directing the overall maintenance effort so that production and customer needs are met safely and efficiently.
