Robert Half is actively recruiting for a results-oriented Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and manage various HR functions, with a primary focus on employee relations. This position is based in the Franklin, WI area. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive work environment, strengthening employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This position requires strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills to enhance organizational culture and drive workforce success.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.Develop and implement proactive strategies to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.Advise supervisors and managers on best practices in conflict resolution, employee retention, and disciplinary actions.HR Strategy and Compliance:Stay informed about relevant employment laws and ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.Handle sensitive employee situations while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.Recruitment and Retention:Support recruitment efforts by collaborating on job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.Design retention programs aimed at reducing employee turnover and improving long-term satisfaction.Performance Management:Oversee performance evaluation processes to ensure feedback and appraisals are meaningful and actionable.Work with managers to identify individual development plans for employees.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems).PHR/SPHR certification considered a plus.
