This role consists of 35 hours per week Monday through Friday. The qualified candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and one year of related office experience. The hourly rate is $21.50/hr.If this role is a fit to your background, please submit an updated resume for review.Responsibilities: Gather I9 information as neededAssist with onboarding new hiresSupport event planningAct as a point of contact for employee questionsHelp with open enrollment and benefits questionsLearn the payroll system and assist with payroll when neededSupport the HR Director when any ad hoc tasks that ariseRequired Experience:Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably Human ResourcesAt least 1 year of related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with confidential information
