Human Resources Recruiter

Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for a Human Resources Recruiter in Lebanon, PA. Position can be long-term contract position expected to last 6+ months or temp-to-perm for candidates who additionally have HR generalist experience. Position is 100% onsite and not remote or hybrid.Salary: Up to $26.00 per hour based on experience (higher pay to be considered based on candidate's years of related HR experience)Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm - 100% onsiteDuties and Responsibilities:Handle full cycle recruiting along with general HR tasks as wellProvide outstanding employee experience while serving and addressing teammates' inquiries.Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.Ensures compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, record scanning, and correspondence.Manage employee programs such as unemployment, workers compensation, engagement, etc.Assist with organizing company events and activities.Experience and Educational Requirements:Minimum of 2-3 years of previous HR/Recruitment experienceCollege Degree in HR, Business or related is requiredPHR or SPHR certification is a plusProficient with Office 365 suite and familiarity with HRIS system softwareCustomer service mindsetPossesses excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
