Job Title: Landscape Project Manager - Synthetic Turf DivisionLocation: New Braunfels, TXReports To: Operations ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Landscape Project Manager to oversee synthetic turf installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of synthetic turf products and landscape construction practices.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Scheduling Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plansCoordinate logistics, material delivery, and equipment needsConduct pre-construction site walks and client meetingsExecution & OversightOversee daily on-site operations and manage field crews and subcontractorsEnsure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve project-related issues promptlyClient CommunicationServe as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleProvide updates on project progress, timelines, and any changes in scopeEnsure a positive customer experience and high satisfaction ratingsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of job progress, change orders, and inspectionsTrack labor hours, materials usage, and project costsSubmit regular status reports to senior managementTeam LeadershipMotivate and lead installation teams to achieve high performance and efficiencyAssist with recruiting, training, and performance reviews of field personnelQualifications:3-5 years of experience in landscape construction or synthetic turf installation project managementProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of grading, base preparation, drainage, and turf installation techniquesProficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsOSHA certification preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordPhysical Requirements:Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsCapable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on feet for extended periodsComfortable navigating construction sites and uneven terrainCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salaryCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement in a growing company
