Company DescriptionSan Diego Biz Law APC is a San Diego-based law firm specializing in business law and employment litigation throughout California in both state and federal courts.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid [we are also open to full-tim] Litigation Attorney role based in San Diego, CA with the option for some remote work. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling legal motions, writing complaints, and, if possible, court appearances and depositions as part of their day-to-day tasks.QualificationsLaw and Legal skills (3 years' minimum experience)Experience in handling motions and litigation proceedingsTrial and Deposition experience is preferredFamiliarity with California law and court proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentJuris Doctor (JD) degree and California Bar admission (unless you are a clerk).Please send your resume, cover letter, and three different writing samples to careers@.
