Construction Manager day-to-day: Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure relation and compliance to project requirementsObtain, maintain, and manage data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, architects, engineers, contractors/subcontractors, or other project related entitiesCoordinate, direct and monitor activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects and related performing entitiesManage project controls, cost, and performance activities and proceduresLead in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statusesEnsure contractor, architect, engineer, and provider contractual requirements on areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipmentProvide management of project logistics, organization, safety, and manpower utilizationEnsure project closeout to secure guarantees, warranties, and related provisions for final project delivery to owner entitiesSupport business development activities for pursuits, proposals, submittals and resources for cost and performanceEnsure project and organization quality of services are renderedPerform other duties as requiredWhat we offer:Competitive Compensation: $125k - $165kVehicle Allowance and Fuel Card Generous Bonus Plan Phone Allowance Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Matching Life and AD&D Insurance Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Wellness Program What we're looking for:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration or similar area of study5+ years of experience in management of construction, engineering or architectural related projects with increasing responsibilityNon-degree holders must possess 9+ years of experience of management on construction, engineering or architectural related projects with increasing responsibilityMust possess knowledge and application of construction management? estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering and construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practicesUnderstanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specificationsApplied experience in the areas of project accounting, cost, administrative, and personnel interaction in professional settingsStrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project related systems such as Procore, Sure Trak, and PrimaveraAbility to represent Roebbelen in a professional manner, in alignment with the company mission, purpose, core values, and standards of conductAt Roebbelen, we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
