They are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations and engineering teams, collaborate with maintenance and quality, and serve as a key liaison with division leadership, customers, and commercial teams. This high-visibility role requires a passion for safety, employee engagement, and a strong background in continuous improvement, lean methodology, and the metal or industrial sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive operational excellence by overseeing daily plant activities and implementing lean manufacturing practices.Champion safety initiatives and foster a culture of engagement and accountability on the shop floor.Lead, develop, and support the engineering team to drive process improvements and technical innovation.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Experience leading a manufacturing/plant team CI / Lean Tools and methodologyEngineering experience or leading an engineering teamStrong leadership, business acumen and communication skills.Eligibility for export compliance under U.S. regulations (ITAR/EAR)
