Our services include international freight forwarding, FTZ, bonded, and safe harbor warehousing"”ensuring seamless storage and delivery of critical components.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly capable Senior Import/Export Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in international logistics, particularly in ocean, air, and rail freight, and will play a key role in managing global shipments and supporting our customers in the renewable energy space.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage international shipments via ocean, air, and rail from origin to final deliveryPrepare and process documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and airway billsEnsure full compliance with U.S. Customs, FMC, and international trade regulationsWork closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas agents to track and manage cargoManage FTZ, bonded, and safe harbor warehouse documentation and compliance requirementsPrepare pricing proposals and manage customer RFQs (Request for Quotations)Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to provide logistics solutions tailored to the renewable energy sectorMaintain accurate shipment records, reporting, and data management within TMS/ERP platformsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, import/export coordination, or freight forwardingDeep knowledge of ocean, air, and rail freightExperience working with FTZs, bonded warehousing, and safe harbor strategiesFamiliarity with Incoterms, customs documentation, and global compliance proceduresStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsExperience in pricing and managing international RFQsBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferredPrior experience in renewable energy logistics or project cargo is a significant plusWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to work in a mission-driven company driving the clean energy transitionExposure to global supply chains and international marketsCareer growth in a dynamic and expanding logistics firm
