A growing boutique law firm in Denver is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.Responsibilities:Draft and review estate planning documents tailored to individual client needsAdvise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planningHandle establishment of trusts and health care documents/advance directivesCommunicate effectively with clients, financial advisors, and other professionalsStay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting estate planningQualifications:J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Colorado2+ years of estate planning experienceStrong writing, legal research, and analytical skillsClient-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExpected annual compensation is between $100,000 - $145,000.This is a contract-to-hire role that will convert into a permanent position 60-90 days after starting the initial contract assignment.If you're passionate about helping individuals and families plan for the future and want to grow your career in a dynamic firm, please apply with your resume.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
