We are looking for an HR Director to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive workplace cultureProvide strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational developmentOversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talentImplement effective talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and training initiativesFoster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, teamwork, and employee well-beingOversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS managementDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures, keeping them updated to reflect changes in legislation and best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field8+ years of HR experience with demonstrated progressive responsibilityStrong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organizationProven ability to develop and implement successful HR strategies and initiativesHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
