Contract Recruiter

ZO Skin Health has a short-term, 6 month Contract Recruiter assignment. This role will support the Director of Talent Acquisitions in sourcing, screening, and recruiting talent for open positions across various departments.Here's a general breakdown:Use various sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and networking events.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.Identify and engage passive candidates.Manage the candidate pipeline and track progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS).Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.Coordinate job offers, including salary negotiation and onboarding processes.What we're looking for:3-5 years minimum experience in talent sourcing and talent attractionFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or specialized databases.Experience with Boolean search techniques and CRM systems.Ability to engage candidates effectively and represent the company's brand professionally.Strong written and verbal communication for outreach and networking.
