You'll increase HR's effectiveness by developing and implementing strategic plans, programs, performance management coaching, & career development planning.Other daily responsibilities will be:Conduct employee training, onboardingHandle the compensation and benefitsAdminister affirmative action and other employee relation programsMonitor department budgetsManage, motivate, and advise managers how to handle specific situationsGuide managers as they perform employee reviews, develop & build employee skills.Minimum requirements for this Human Resources Manager position:BS degree in Human Resources, Labor or Industrial Relations, Business Management or related discipline requiredAt least 3 years' experience of HR Management in a food manufacturing environmentExcellent knowledge of Human Resources practices; working knowledge of HR related laws and regulations.
