Jeffrey Campbell strives to reflect the beauty in all body types, ages, ethnicities, and genders.Website: Job SummaryWe are looking for a full-time Production Planner & Logistics Coordinator to assist in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of planning production schedules, managing shipping schedules and ensuring on-time delivery. This includes acting as a bridge between the sales team, the factory and logistics to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered. The applicant must also have a positive attitude and have the ability to work cohesively with a team.Key Responsibilities:Production Planning:Create and manage production timelines based on seasonal calendars and sales Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure timely sampling, material delivery, and production startsMonitor production status and proactively resolve delays or issuesLogistics & Coordination:Organize domestic and international shipments; manage freight booking, tracking, and customs documentationLiaise with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless delivery and inventory receiptMaintain accurate records of shipments, lead times, and delivery performanceOversee inbound and outbound logistics, including EDI processing Cross-functional Support:Work closely with sales, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to prioritize shipments for key accounts and launchesUpdate internal systems with SKU data, shipping info, and tracking numbersPrepare reports on production status, shipping schedules, and vendor performance metricsRequirements:5 years minimum of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain (footwear or fashion preferred)Must be able to work in the office Monday - Friday 8am-5pmStrong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detailProficiency in Excel and production/supply chain software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar)Familiarity with international shipping terms and customs regulationsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
