The Senior HR Manager will oversee human resources functions for multiple sites & states within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals, manage complex employee relations issues, and lead a team of HR professionals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and have extensive experience in a multi-site manufacturing setting.The Opportunity:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across multiple manufacturing sites.Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues.Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Drive performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.Collaborate with leadership to identify HR priorities and provide strategic input.Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.What we are seeking:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple sites.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.25% travel is required
