Overseeing incoming product inquiries via phone and/or email.Astutely question and listen to clients to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs, turning customer needs into company solutions.Support/back-up the Territory Sales Manager when they are out of the office.Achieve assigned sales targets.Work in partnership with the Territory Sales Manager and Manufacturer Representative to develop our market to its highest potential.Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts.You will bring these qualifications:Experience Level: Mid-LevelEducation: Business Degree Preferred - will consider experience in similar position in lieu of degreeExperience in Architectural Sales with duties similar to those defined above is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of people.Excellent computer skills including database, spreadsheet, and word processing.Ability to travel occasionally to customers for consultation and attend tradeshows.Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday, DayshiftAbout QSS: Candidates rely on us for career matching, coaching, and skilled training.
