Position Title: Supply Chain / Logistics AnalystLocation: San Antonio, TX (Local Candidates Only)Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder RequiredShift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts)Pay Rate: $30.00 per hourPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain Engineering team. This role supports daily operations and strategic initiatives across supply chain and production functions, with a strong emphasis on warehouse logistics and data-driven process improvement.Key Responsibilities:Implement and sustain Lean Material Flow strategies across plant and warehouse operationsDevelop and maintain standard work instructions for materials team membersOwn and manage layout designs for supply chain-managed footprintsAnalyze data for upcoming product launches and job planningSet up new parts for warehouse and line-side productionDefine delivery methods based on demand forecastsCollaborate with Material Handling and Receiving teams to ensure operational efficiencyRequired Skills & Experience:Strong understanding of supply chain operations in a warehouse environmentProven experience with ERP systems and administrationAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BIExperience creating and managing Power BI dashboards and reportsDemonstrated ability to lead projects and drive process improvementsExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsComfortable presenting to stakeholders at all organizational levelsHigh attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvementSelf-starter with strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAbility to work independently with a high level of accountability
