Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join a growing law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work from Lewes, DE and Wilmington, DE in the corporate and commercial litigation practice area.The ideal candidate will have at 3-5+ years of Commercial/Business experience, but the firm is open to considering candidates with litigation experience from other sectors.This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic and busy law practice! The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in Lewes, DE or Wilmington, DE, 2 days remote!RESPONSIBILITIES:Drafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documentsConducting and/or defending depositionsCourt appearancesMotion practicePerforming researchREQUIREMENTS:JD from an accredited law schoolAdmission to Delaware bar2-5+ years of litigation experience is requiredChancery experience preferred
