About the Role We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Client Success Specialist to support customers in maximizing the value of our cloud-based platform. This multifaceted role involves onboarding, training, troubleshooting, support, and contributing to product development.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client inquiries and provide day-to-day supportConduct live training sessions and develop self-help resourcesTroubleshoot platform, reporting, and reconciliation issuesManage support cases and lead specialty client projectsCollaborate with the engineering team to resolve issues and enhance the productProvide guidance to align the platform with client requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related fieldUnderstanding of basic accounting principles or accounting softwareExperience in customer service, project management, or operations is a plusProficiency with Excel and data analysisStrong problem-solving and communication skillsSpanish fluency is a bonus but not requiredPerksCollaborative and casual work environment100% paid medical + fully funded HSA and dental coverage401(K) with 4% company matchEasy access via Metro North
