The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the studio, manage staff, drive membership sales, create marketing strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service. The General Manager will play a key role in promoting the benefits of Pilates to the community.QualificationsLeadership, Team Management, and Sales skillsExperience in developing marketing strategies and promoting fitness servicesCustomer service orientation and ability to build strong relationshipsExcellent communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of Pilates or experience in the fitness industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldA comprehensively certified Pilates instructor or interested in becoming certified
